Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Responsibilities:

BCBA is responsible for assessing the needs of adult clients within 4 day habilitation centers and 5 group homes, developing individualized behavior programs accordingly
Applicant will be required to monitor staffing teams to ensure client success and provide on-site supervision and training
Continuous monitoring of the client’s progress and plan is required, through analysis of behavioral data and assessments – providing clinical adjustments when necessary
Ensure effective, thorough and timely written communication on all documentation

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Qualifications:

Master’s degree in related field is required.
National certification as Board Certified Behavior Analyst is required.
Minimum of four (4) years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities.
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience writing behavior plans.
